Individual Counselling
All sessions are 50 minutes in length. During our first session, I will gain a personal history as well as current, relevant information that will inform our future sessions. All sessions take place online via a secure and confidential counselling platform. Covid-19 has caused us to feel more fear, anxiety and uncertainty than ever. Online sessions offer you the same quality of counselling support that you would receive in person.

Fertility Counselling
Fertility counselling is never about ‘just relaxing’ to help you achieve the pregnancy you badly desire. Infertility is not your fault.
I offer specialized counselling to those who are experiencing infertility. Feelings of isolation, loss of control over your life and hopelessness are at the core of fertility struggles. Fertility counselling helps you deal with emotional triggers, disappointment and fear. It creates an opportunity for you to develop resilience and strength, explore your options and see yourself as a whole person again – not just one who is trying to get pregnant.
